2015年GoDaddy Domain Backorder域名抢注失败如何退款？我有一个2011年抢注失败的订单，现在想退款，在网上看了很多教程，发现都是要求发邮件给Godaddy，于是我就发了封邮件给Godaddy：

很快收到GoDaddy回信：

大意应该是：我删除了抢注域名的订单，如有问题请访问支持中心或者电话联系Godaddy。打电话比较困难，所以我选择了访问支持中心，找到了在线客服，坑爹的客服，要我等十分钟接通，一位叫Brianna的客服接待了我，并且告诉我We cannot refund Backorders after 30 days. We can however, apply that as a Store Credit if you wish to cancel，意思是超过30天就不能退款了，但是可以转入In-Store Credit账户来支付域名续费等款项。所以想要GoDaddy Domain Backorder退款的亲们注意了，需要在30天内申请退款才能直接退回你的支付账户。
